Niels Kristoffersen is the Head of Purchasing at Moll Marzipan GmbH, a German producer of marzipan, processed almonds and other nut products placed in Berlin. He started in the nuts and dried fruits business in 1998 and has since been working at a number of European processors and re-packers of nuts and dried fruits, mainly on the purchasing side. His special interest is with almonds. He joined Moll Marzipan in 2018.
